Let me put it this way: I'm a college student who lives in a dorm. The best (newest) dorm on campus. Matinence is a MESS. The saturday before last, one or more of the sprinklers in a room two rooms down the hall from mine decided it/they would start to go off. For no apparent reason. The fire alarm went off and everyone had to go outside for a couple hours. The water managed to get into all of the rooms in that room (think suite style, one main room, two bathrooms and sinks, and four bedrooms), and it got across the hall and into the main room of that room. Let's just say, I hate fire alarms.
The second problem is one I've been experiencing all semester and probably part of last semester. After about twenty minutes or so spent online, I have to restart the computer in order to change which webpage I'm looking at. For example, If I'm looking at a webcomic, I can look through the whole thing no problems (usually) but, I am unable to switch to any other webpage. Luckily, on the (VERY) rare occasion that it doesn't stop at 20 minutes, it can stay connected for several hours (essentially until a certain time at night/early morning). So yeah, I'm irritated.
On a lighter note, I came across a contest of sorts in the journal of one of my friends :syreene: . Since I don't have many watchers, I decided to cut back the numbers a little bit. Here's the deal: For the first five people to post a reply to this journal entry, I will go through their galleries and pick three pieces of art, then post them here in the journal. The only condition is that if you are one of the five, you have to post this contest in your journal too. (The original number of "winners" was 10 BTW) And the winners are:

It's not my fault, they put the basket of chocolates in front of me! . . . okay, maybe I sat down in front of them

One night I was laying in bed looking at the stars, then I thought to myself, 'Where the hell did the ceiling go?'

I never really wanted you to see,
the screwed up side of me that I keep,
locked inside of me so deep, it always seems to get to me,
I never really wanted you to go, so many things you should have known,I guess for me theres just no hope.
